Operator and scope
Nontonio Events is operated by Nontonio LLC, registered and based in Indonesia. Correspondence address: Jakarta, Indonesia. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply specifically to Events; accounts and viewing services follow the relevant Nontonio terms.
Eligibility
The first launch is available in Indonesia. Participants and counted new users declare they are 18+ and meet the event region requirements. Entry is free, with no purchase required. One person uses one account. Prospective winners’ identity and region are checked before prizes are awarded.
Consent and Android points
Read the event rules before joining. Referred users separately consent to their campaign activity counting toward their referrer’s score. One new user earns 100 points after account verification, recorded consent, official Android login, and at least 60 seconds of viewing in one valid session. The server checks qualification and abuse. Installation alone earns no points.
Social tasks
Referred users upload evidence of follows, likes, or shares from their own Nontonio account. The team accepts or rejects it with a reason. The bonus is capped at 20 points per new user, after Android qualification. Team review is not automatic verification by social platforms. Rejected evidence may be corrected while submissions remain open.
Rankings and appeals
Ongoing rankings are provisional. Ties are resolved by active Android referral count, then the time the score was reached. The team reviews results after the event. Send appeals to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of provisional results, with account identity and reasons. Final results wait until appeals and review are complete. Fraud or duplicates may invalidate points with a recorded reason.
Prizes and taxes
Prizes for places 1–3 follow the announced cash amounts and subscription durations for eligible participants. Cash amounts are net; Nontonio covers prize taxes. Winners do not pay to claim prizes. Transfers take place within 30 days of complete verification and resolution of related disputes. Free plans do not automatically become paid subscriptions.
Affiliate and changes
Affiliate commissions are recorded separately from Events points. Rules and prizes are frozen when an event is published. Necessary material changes, delays, or cancellations are explained and communicated to participants, respecting accrued rights.
Law and disputes
Indonesian law applies. Contact [email protected] first for complaints. The internal appeal period does not remove rights to complain to competent bodies or courts, consumer rights, or personal data rights. Indonesian is authoritative if translations differ. Social platforms do not sponsor the program.
